Its location was particularly good, to bus stops, and in a very bright area. Welcoming and superfriendly staff, we really enjoyed them all.

Fairly clean and perfectly fine hotel!

Great location in the area at a reasonable price, easy to get around. Based next to the metro station as well as Brussels for 16 hours.

The service was excellent with parking outside. The staff were pleasant and welcoming and had a sense of humour.

The unit we got was quiet with a very comfy double bed, window open, as example. Marvellous location in a very sketchy neighborhood was a plus.

Overall had good stay in January 2015 when over in Brussels for a business trip. The room was brand-new and a decent size with a very comfy double bed, just what we needed. We enjoyed wake-up service available.

The location for our purpose was marvellous, walk from a bus station. The service was EXCELLENT, that made the hotel lovely welcoming place.

Miserable staff!

I had a great experience at this hotel. the value for money was excellent - I paid only 36 euros for a single room which was clean and exactly as described. Secondly, the staff at the reception were very helpful, providing me with information and even arranging a taxi for me. Lastly, despite the hotel being a bit far from the city center, the location was still convenient as it was next to a bus stop, making it easy to access other parts of the city. In addition, the room had basic amenities like a TV and desk, and I appreciated having a comfortable bed to rest in.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.
